Kitchen
(We provide an oven, stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, & stools)
We do NOT provide the following:
- Silverware, drinkware, plates, Ziploc bags, & tupperware
- Cooking utensils/supplies (pots, pans, measuring cups, etc)
- Paper towels/napkins & cleaning supplies (soap, dishwasher detergent, etc)
Bathroom
(We provide a shower curtain rod & shelving)
We do NOT provide the following:
- Bath & hand towels, floor mats
- Shower curtain
- Plunger & toilet bowl brush
- Toiletries (hand soap, toilet paper, shower items, feminine products, etc)
Bedroom
(We provide a twin-sized mattress, bed frame, 3-drawer dresser, desk, & chair)
We do NOT provide the following:
- Bedding (mattress pad if desired)
- Laundry basket
- Hangers for closet
- Full-length mirror (if desired)
- Lamp for desk
- Small trash can
Laundry Room
(We provide a full-sized washer & dryer in every unit)
We do NOT provide the following:
- Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, iron, & ironing board
- Cleaning supplies (Lysol wipes, Windex, etc)
Living Room
(We provide a 3-person couch, 2-person loveseat, coffee table, and smart TV)
We do NOT provide the following:
- Any small, personal decor (rug, throw pillows, floor lamp, etc)
When can I apply or lease an apartment?
We are leasing NOW! Sign up before it's too late!
How much is rent?
It depends on the unit type. You can find pricing on our Floor Plans page.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, prior to check-ins.
What is the pet policy?
No pets allowed.
How do I submit a service request?
